١. عزيز أداة وليس مُراقِب | Aziz is a Tool, Not a Guardian

عزيز هو أداة تحكم أبوي فقط — يتيح لك كوليّ أمر تصفية قنوات يوتيوب واختيار ما يظهر لطفلك. عزيز ليس مربّياً ولا مُراقِباً ولا بديلاً عن إشرافك المباشر. هو مجرد آلية فلترة تضعها أنت بيدك.

Aziz is a parental-control tool only — it allows you, as a parent or guardian, to filter YouTube channels and control what appears for your child. Aziz is not a babysitter, not a content moderator, and not a substitute for your direct supervision. It is solely a filtering mechanism that you configure yourself.

٢. مسؤولية الوالدين الكاملة | Full Parental Responsibility

أنت كوليّ الأمر مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن:

• اختيار واعتماد كل قناة تظهر لطفلك — عزيز يعرض فقط ما تختاره أنت.
• مراجعة محتوى القنوات بشكل دوري ومستمر للتأكد من مناسبتها.
• متابعة ما يشاهده طفلك فعلياً من سجل المشاهدة والإشراف المباشر.
• ضبط وقت الشاشة على حسب احتياجات طفلك.
• إزالة أي قناة فوراً إذا لاحظت أن محتواها أصبح غير مناسب.

As a parent/guardian, you are fully responsible for:

• Selecting and approving every channel visible to your child — Aziz only shows what you choose.
• Regularly and continuously reviewing channel content for appropriateness.
• Monitoring what your child actually watches via watch history and direct supervision.
• Setting screen time limits appropriate for your child.
• Immediately removing any channel whose content becomes inappropriate.

٣. لا ضمان لسلامة المحتوى | No Content Safety Guarantee

عزيز يوفّر آلية الفلترة فقط، لكن اختيار المحتوى هو قرارك أنت بالكامل. نحن لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن محتوى أي قناة أو فيديو يشاهده طفلك.

Aziz provides the filtering mechanism only; content selection is entirely your decision. We bear no responsibility for the content of any channel or video your child watches.

٤. المتابعة المستمرة مطلوبة | Active Monitoring Required

يجب عليك كوليّ أمر متابعة قائمة القنوات المعتمدة ومراجعتها بشكل نشط ومستمر. إضافة قناة لقائمة طفلك لا تعني أنها ستبقى مناسبة للأبد — محتوى يوتيوب يتغير باستمرار.

You must actively and continuously monitor and curate your approved channel list. Adding a channel to your child's list does not mean it will remain appropriate indefinitely — YouTube content changes constantly.

• راجع القنوات المعتمدة بشكل أسبوعي على الأقل.
• شاهد عيّنة من أحدث فيديوهات كل قناة بنفسك.
• تابع سجل المشاهدة في التطبيق بانتظام.
• أزِل أي قناة لم تعد مناسبة فوراً.

• Review approved channels at least weekly.
• Watch a sample of each channel's latest videos yourself.
• Check the in-app watch history regularly.
• Remove any channel that is no longer appropriate immediately.

٥. مصدر المحتوى | Content Source

كل الفيديوهات في عزيز مصدرها يوتيوب (جوجل). نحن ما ننتج أي محتوى، وما نتحكم فيما تنشره القنوات على يوتيوب. مسؤولية المحتوى تقع على يوتيوب ومنشئي المحتوى.

All videos in Aziz are sourced from YouTube (Google). We do not produce any content and do not control what channels publish on YouTube. Content responsibility lies with YouTube and content creators.

٦. الحساب | Account

• حساب واحد لكل بريد إلكتروني — ما نسمح بحسابات متعددة لنفس الشخص.
• أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعدم مشاركتها مع أحد.
• لو حسّيت أن حسابك اتعرّض للاختراق، راسلنا فوراً على support@aziz.my.
• تقدر تحذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب.

• One account per email — duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@aziz.my.
• You may permanently delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.

٧. حدود المسؤولية | Limitation of Liability

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل عزيز أي مسؤولية عن:

• أي ضرر ناتج عن مشاهدة طفلك لمحتوى غير مناسب في قناة اخترتها أنت.
• تغيّر محتوى أي قناة بعد إضافتها لقائمتك.
• أي محتوى ينشره منشئو المحتوى على يوتيوب.
• أي خلل أو انقطاع مؤقت في خدمة الفلترة.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aziz shall not be liable for:

• Any harm resulting from your child viewing inappropriate content on a channel you selected.
• Changes in any channel's content after you added it to your list.
• Any content published by content creators on YouTube.
• Any temporary service interruption or filtering malfunction.

٨. التعديلات على الشروط | Amendments

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. لو صار تغيير جوهري نخبرك عبر بريدك الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات يعني موافقتك عليها.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

٩. إيقاف الخدمة | Termination

نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يُساء استخدامه. لو قررنا إيقاف الخدمة كلياً سنُخطرك مسبقاً بـ 30 يوماً على الأقل.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms or is misused. If we decide to discontinue the service entirely, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
